Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First and Second-Level Support for a wide array of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. The agent will handle user inquiries and disruptions via various channels such as telephone, ticketing systems, and remote support, focusing on analyzing and resolving issues related to M365 services, authentication, and client integration. Key responsibilities also include assisting with end-user onboarding and training, meticulous documentation of solutions, and maintaining the knowledge database. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, service orientation, and expertise in M365 environments, ideally complemented by an IT-focused vocational qualification or equivalent experience in a User Help Desk or IT Support setting. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training focusing on IT (ideally IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification. MS-900 Certification is desirable.
