This role involves leading and developing the IT Service Desk team, ensuring efficient IT ticket management and highly service-oriented support processes for a vital water utility company in Leipzig. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, focusing on optimizing service offerings, support culture, and managing critical escalation processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards, as well as overseeing user account and authorization management. Candidates should possess a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT Support/Service Desk, strong knowledge of ITIL processes, and a solid understanding of modern IT infrastructures and applications.
