Job Summary

This role seeks a creative E-Learning Developer and Content Designer to join a dynamic team in Pforzheim, focusing on the planning, realization, and maintenance of engaging e-learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptualization, design, and upkeep of e-learning content, translating complex subjects into easily digestible formats, and planning, shooting, and editing thematic videos. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and implementing various multimedia materials, including video and graphics, while continuously developing the usability and design of the virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or vocational training in Multimedia Design, professional experience in e-learning or a comparable role focusing on video, graphic, and screen design, and excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and modern internet technologies. This position offers a permanent contract, a motivating team environment, and a flexible hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
