Job Summary

This role is for a Team Leader in the IT-Output unit of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit's IT System House in Nuremberg, a critical operational IT service provider managing one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team operating high-performance printing, enveloping, and post-processing systems in a 3-shift system. Key responsibilities include personnel management, steering shift operations, conceptualizing and implementing IT processes, managing cost centers, and leading IT projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the central processing of approximately 130 million mailings annually, ensuring the efficient operation of a vital public service infrastructure. The role requires strong leadership, IT process expertise, and project management skills, with the flexibility of up to 80% home office work.
