Job Summary

The Specialist Analyst will play a critical role in the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), focusing on Application Performance Management (APM) to ensure comprehensive end-to-end monitoring of business-critical IT products. Day-to-day responsibilities involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data, structures, and processes to identify patterns and trends. The analyst will conduct proactive and reactive performance analyses, create before-and-after comparisons following software changes, and provide data-driven recommendations for system optimization. Key qualifications include a university degree or equivalent, several years of relevant professional experience, and deep knowledge of analysis, evaluation, and monitoring methods and tools (such as Dynatrace or Automai).
