Job Summary

This crucial role involves acting as the 'Network Glue' for a complex, automated WAN and Core infrastructure spanning five data centers across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, robust operation, and strategic development of the core network, ensuring a highly available cloud infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include orchestrating network components, troubleshooting issues, administering switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers, and creating comprehensive network documentation. Key requirements include extensive experience with dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), deep knowledge of network architectures like MPLS/VPLS and VXLAN, and familiarity with products from vendors such as Juniper, Arista, and Nokia.
