Job Summary

This role positions you as the indispensable point of contact for all IT inquiries, serving both local and international users. You will primarily function in 1st and 2nd-Level Support, advising users and expertly resolving software and hardware issues, both remotely and on-site across various locations. Key responsibilities include independently analyzing disruptions, finding efficient solutions, and managing the installation and maintenance of clients, peripherals, and mobile devices. A critical component of the job involves keeping technical documentation current and actively participating in exciting IT projects, potentially leading them based on suitability. Candidates should possess a completed IT education and very strong proficiency in both German and English.
