Job Summary

This critical leadership role seeks a dedicated Head of Corporate Security and Chief Security Officer to design, implement, and continuously evolve Daimler Truck AG's global security strategy. The incumbent will serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external security matters, advising the Board of Management and acting as a negotiation partner with works councils. Responsibilities encompass leading a large, global team (200+ employees) across core security areas including emergency and crisis management, investigations, information protection, executive protection, site security, and security risk management. The ideal candidate possesses extensive international leadership experience, strong strategic capabilities, and fluency in both German and English, ready to take overall responsibility for the company's security posture on a global scale.
