Job Summary

This role seeks a Group Leader to strengthen the Naval & Ground Radar Units team, focusing on the integration and testing of HENSOLDT's radar systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination and technical guidance of team members, including training new staff and ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven integration of radar systems. Day-to-day tasks involve the assembly and cabling of complex modules according to current manufacturing documentation (MDP), conducting partial tests, and performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing. Key requirements include a technical education (Technician or Master Craftsman) in Electronics, professional experience in production, and familiarity with working according to technical drawings. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills, along with fluency in German and good English skills, offering the opportunity to take responsibility in exciting national and international projects within a leading European defense technology company.
