Job Summary

As a Digital Transformation Manager at HENSOLDT within the Radar & EW division, you will be the primary driver for digitizing business processes and product development. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve advising technology and product managers on digital concepts, leading interdisciplinary projects, and implementing change management strategies to modernize the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Divisional Design Authority and external partners to ensure technical standards and internal guidelines are met. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Proven track record in project management, including budget, resource, and timeline oversight
  • Experience in conducting change management workshops and organizational development
  • Professional background in advising technical departments on IT strategy and digital product services
