Job Summary

This role is for a Group Leader specializing in Naval and Ground Radar Systems, focusing on the integration, assembly, and testing of digital, low-frequency (LF), and high-frequency (HF) modules, transmitter units, racks, and cabinets. The Group Leader will manage daily work assignments, provide technical guidance, and train new team members, ensuring radar system integration meets time, cost, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include complex assembly and cabling according to manufacturing specifications (MDP), conducting partial system tests, performing repairs and maintenance, and creating mechanical manufacturing documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification in Electronics, possesses knowledge of complex module integration, and has experience in production and team leadership. Proficiency in both German and English, along with SAP R/3 and MS Office skills, is required to succeed in this role, which involves domestic and international travel.
