Service Technician (Potsdam Area) | Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im Großraum Potsdam

Job Summary

This role involves executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks, typically within a 200 km radius of your residence in the greater Potsdam area, minimizing the need for overnight stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed work reports and protocols, managing technical aspects of customer service deployments, and providing technical support, consultation, and training to other service technicians. You will also support internal office staff/support via phone and email from a home office setup, and manage spare parts, including maintaining a small inventory. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics (Master Craftsman or Technician status is a plus). While professional experience in customer service and ventilation/air conditioning technology is advantageous, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong communication and social skills, and a minimum Class B driving license.
