Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join a fourth-generation family company specializing in innovative ventilation technology. The technician will be responsible for executing repairs, service calls, and commissioning systems primarily within a 200 km radius of their residence, minimizing the need for overnight travel. Key duties include creating detailed work reports and protocols, providing technical support to customers via phone and email from a home office setup, and managing a small stock of spare parts. The role also involves advising and technically training other service technicians. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, and while initial customer service experience is beneficial, entry-level professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
