Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician responsible for executing repairs, commissioning, and service calls, primarily within a 200 km radius of the Greater Berlin area, minimizing the need for overnight stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed work reports and protocols, technically processing customer assignments, and managing a small inventory of spare parts. A crucial component of this position involves providing technical support, consultation, and training to junior service technicians, alongside assisting internal support staff via phone and email from a home office setting. Candidates should possess a completed vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, with preference given to those holding a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician qualification. While experience in customer service and ventilation/air conditioning technology is advantageous, the position is also open to recent graduates who demonstrate strong communication and social skills, and who hold the mandatory Class B driving license. This position offers a dynamic field service environment coupled with crucial internal support functions.
