Job Summary

This role involves executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks, typically within a 200 km radius of your home base, minimizing the need for overnight stays. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed work reports and protocols for all assignments, managing the technical processing of customer service deployments, and providing essential technical support, consulting, and training to fellow service technicians. Additionally, you will support the internal office/support team via phone and email from a home office setting, and manage spare parts processing, including maintaining a small local inventory. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics—Meister or Technician qualifications are a plus—and possesses strong communication and social skills, along with a Class B driver's license. This position is suitable for both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
