Field Service Technician (Electrical Systems) | Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im Großraum Ingolstadt

Job Summary

This role involves executing essential field service operations, including repairs, commissioning, and service assignments, generally within a 200 km radius of your residence, minimizing the need for overnight travel. Day-to-day tasks include generating detailed work reports and protocols, managing the technical processing of customer service requests, and providing crucial technical support, consultation, and training to fellow service technicians. You will also assist internal support staff remotely via phone and email from a home office, and manage spare parts inventory. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, potentially as a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician. While experience in customer service and HVAC technology is preferred, recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong communication and social skills.
