Job Summary

This role involves leading, coordinating, and managing a team of operational electricians within the integrated Facility Management sector. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical, disciplinary, and organizational oversight of the team, focusing on planning and supervising projects related to electrical installations, energy systems, and building technology. Key responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, managing project budgets, performing technical quality checks, and serving as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or an equivalent qualification in energy and building technology. While a Master Craftsman, Certified Technician, or similar qualification is highly desirable, the role requires a highly structured, customer-oriented approach and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications to handle documentation and reporting effectively.
