Job Summary

This role involves leading technical facility management services for client properties in Nuremberg, taking full responsibility for both the economic and technical performance of the assigned sites. Day-to-day activities include managing and deploying the local technical team, coordinating and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and legal regulations. The manager will also handle external contractor management, conduct regular client communication and reporting, and manage the budget, including cost responsibility and proposal generation. Key qualifications include several years of professional experience in building technology (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and ideally a qualification as a Master Craftsman, certified Technician, or Specialist in relevant fields like Building Technology or Electrical Engineering.
