Job Summary

This is a key, full-time, permanent position based in Weinheim, where the successful candidate will serve as a Technical Project Manager overseeing large-scale high-voltage projects up to 380kV. The role involves managing the planning and implementation of substation construction projects for clients in energy transmission, distribution, and grid connection for industrial sites, wind, and solar parks. Day-to-day tasks include taking technical and contractual responsibility for projects from initial proposal creation through final acceptance and billing, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders, and managing subcontractors. The manager is also expected to drive process optimization and ensure adherence to quality and budget standards. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical training (Mechatronics). Essential requirements include strong proficiency in MS Office, good German and English skills, a Class B driver's license, and willingness to travel within Southwest Germany.
