Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional interested in the central monitoring and operation of Enterprise customer networks within a data center environment in Munich. As a Data Center IT Support Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for the maintenance and support of server and storage systems. Daily tasks include providing Second Level Support for Windows Server environments, documenting and resolving disturbances using a ticketing system, and coordinating hardware repairs with manufacturers. Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and executing various projects, such as data migrations and expanding hard drive capacity across the entire server lifecycle. The position requires a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and practical experience with Intel-based server hardware and Windows Server systems in a 2nd Level Support capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in storage systems and secure a permanent contract with a nationwide company.
