Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support at a central Service Point on a corporate campus in Northern Munich, focusing on Managed Services for industrial clients. The Service Technician will be responsible for managing the IT inventory and storage, preparing and deploying loaner notebooks, and providing telephone support for mobile device rollouts. Key duties also include handling the distribution of small IT equipment like headphones and conference phones and optimizing appointment scheduling processes. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), general PC and notebook hardware, and familiarity with mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. Experience in Asset Management is desirable. This position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment, regular working hours, and the potential for direct hire by the client.
