Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support for the Keg Technology division, focusing heavily on electrical and control systems within filling and packaging machinery. The Product Supporter will be responsible for clarifying and implementing specific conversion requests from customers, reviewing technical specifications, and defining standard conversions. Key day-to-day tasks include performing technical-commercial clarification and calculation of conversions, managing end-of-life processes for parts, and providing crucial technical assistance for spare parts, wear parts, and complaint resolution. The ideal candidate must possess a background in electrical engineering, advanced knowledge of control systems (PLC/HMI), and experience in commissioning or field service.
