Job Summary

This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to engage in long-term, innovative projects, specifically supporting Siemens Energy in the field of electrical power systems. The core responsibilities involve taking charge of performance and project management for studies analyzing electrical energy systems, grid planning, and network development. Day-to-day tasks include planning and analyzing complex systems, simulating electrical networks, and modeling grid components, including power electronics. A key focus is the integration of power electronic devices, renewable generation plants, and storage units into AC grids through various concept and feasibility studies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Power Engineering, possesses strong knowledge of energy system simulation tools (like PSS/E or PowerFactory), and is proficient in both German and English, thriving in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
