Job Summary

This role involves working within the Building Management department in Mainz, focusing on the maintenance and operational management of water and sewage systems. The Civil Engineering Technician will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and upkeep of these critical infrastructure assets, managing recurring inspections, and coordinating necessary maintenance and repair work. A key component of the job is the independent planning and execution of individual civil engineering measures, as well as providing support and oversight for larger civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate must possess relevant technical qualifications (e.g., Certified Technician in Civil Engineering or Master Craftsman/Foreman qualification), several years of professional experience, and familiarity with relevant German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, ZTV).
