Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Onsite IT Service Technician ready to tackle complex technical challenges for major corporate clients in Oberhausen. As a key problem solver, you will be responsible for providing essential IT services, including hardware rollouts and comprehensive workplace support. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving issues within industrial IT environments, specifically focusing on Windows clients, Panel PCs, and Tablets. You will work on a ticket basis, ensuring structured and efficient service delivery, and maintain direct customer contact. The position requires detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals (Layer 1-3). This is a full-time, permanent position offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, featuring opportunities for professional development and a shift model (primarily early shifts, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).
