Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated IT Service Technician to provide essential onsite support in Hechingen, joining a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT and e-commerce services. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions, diagnosing and resolving disruptions within customer IT infrastructures, and handling 2nd Level Support requests. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining Windows Clients and printers, and troubleshooting network and telecommunication issues directly at customer locations. Key qualifications include a technical IT background (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist in System Integration) or relevant support experience, proficiency with Windows OS, iOS, and standard applications, and initial networking experience.
