The core responsibilities involve delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd Level Client Support for both Windows 10 and macOS environments, as well as managing mobile devices (iOS/Android) including Mobile Device Management (MDM). Day-to-day tasks include supporting end-users with initial device setups, data migration, hardware installation and delivery, and managing user data and IT assets within customer systems. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and macOS, coupled with a passion for technical innovations in the mobile and laptop space.
