Job Summary
This role as an IT Service Desk Agent in Stuttgart involves managing diverse technical challenges, primarily focusing on 1st-level support for internal and external users. Day-to-day responsibilities include accepting and troubleshooting incoming incidents related to mobile devices, client hardware, and software. You will be responsible for documenting all activities accurately within the internal ticketing system and performing client software installations, specifically utilizing Matrix 42. Furthermore, you will actively participate in various IT projects aimed at developing and improving the existing system landscape. The ideal candidate must possess an IT-focused educational background or equivalent qualifications, combined with proven knowledge in IT support and very strong written and spoken German skills.
