This role involves taking ownership of challenging projects within Technical Building Equipment (TGA), including HVAC, plumbing, and climate control systems, from initial planning through successful commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading TGA project execution in new construction and renovation, coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders (planners, subcontractors, clients), and ensuring meticulous documentation. The Project Manager is directly responsible for managing project costs, schedules, and quality, acting as the primary technical contact, and driving process optimization. The ideal candidate holds a degree or comparable qualification in Supply, Building, Energy, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in TGA management.
