Job Summary

This role is a critical leadership position within the SERVISA group, a long-established, family-run company focused on realizing innovative construction and logistics projects. The Head of IT will assume strategic overall responsibility for the company's IT landscape, actively shaping the future IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals and driving the ongoing digital transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development and optimization of IT architecture (including Microsoft 365, Azure, and network components), leading the IT team both technically and disciplinarily, managing external service providers, and overseeing key IT projects. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a degree in IT or a related field, possessing at least five years of professional experience in a similar role or system architecture, ensuring stable, modern, and secure IT structures while maintaining compliance and information security standards. This position offers a family-oriented atmosphere, flat hierarchies, and significant room for personal initiative.
