The Infrastructure Automation Engineer will play a key role in modernizing and automating the hybrid infrastructure (On-Premises and Azure) for the Thieme Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing automations for infrastructure services, building reusable scripts and workflows, and establishing robust self-service capabilities. The role focuses heavily on transitioning manual tasks to standardized, automated provisioning and change processes, actively contributing to the automation roadmap, and supporting the deployment and governance of Azure resources. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in PowerShell scripting, On-Premises systems (Containerization, VMs, Storage, Networking, Security), and Azure (RBAC, Provisioning, Governance).
