Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Lead in Digital Product Development, focusing on creating innovative digital solutions for medical professionals. The successful candidate will be a technical sparring partner for Product Managers, actively shaping the product vision and roadmap, and taking responsibility for the technical architecture. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on development within a cross-functional team, coordinating technical topics across teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration. As the team grows, the lead will also be responsible for the technical leadership, staffing, coaching, and mentoring of developers, fostering an environment of autonomy, quality, and agility. This position offers the chance to drive digital transformation in healthcare within a family-owned, international company.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in software architecture
- Professional experience in infrastructure orchestration and provisioning
- Several years of experience in operating complex infrastructures and services
- At least three years of experience in technical leadership (ideally also disciplinary) of development teams
- Experience in the successful launch of at least two products
