Job Summary

This role involves high-level scientific work within the EU Reference Laboratory for halogenated Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) at the Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office (CVUA) Freiburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently developing and establishing analytical methods for POPs in food and feed, utilizing advanced chromatographic techniques such as GC-HRMS and LC-MS/MS. Day-to-day tasks include managing analytical equipment, conducting laboratory analysis, supporting international proficiency testing, and organizing workshops and training courses for the EURL.
