This critical role as an IT Service Technician provides essential onsite support in Hechingen for a leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the full support lifecycle, including receiving calls, logging, and assigning tickets for disruptions. The technician will execute hands-on IT support based on B/F, IMAC, H+E tickets, and specific projects, offering direct assistance to clients with Windows Client issues, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Key requirements include a completed IT vocational education (such as IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, combined with secure handling of hardware, mobile devices, current Windows and iOS operating systems, and standard software like Office and Adobe.
