Job Summary

This role involves supporting and potentially leading the technical team responsible for maintaining a large hotel and event location. Day-to-day tasks include performing repairs and maintenance across the entire property, functionally monitoring and testing all operational systems (including ELA, sprinklers, and building management systems), and documenting technical faults. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical vocational training or a technical trade qualification, robust technical expertise in electronics (with preferred knowledge in event technology and plumbing), and proven experience in leading teams. Success in this position requires a high degree of reliability, flexibility, a strong quality focus, and a hands-on mentality, ensuring the hotel remains in impeccable technical condition while providing excellent communication tailored to both guests and staff.
