The Order Manager acts as the central, solution-oriented liaison, bridging communication between installation teams, sales, and customers to ensure seamless project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project progress, managing material logistics and delivery, and meticulously planning and scheduling installations while maintaining high levels of professional customer communication. You will also support colleagues in project planning and documentation organization. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in project coordination, customer service, or dispatching, coupled with a strong interest in renewable energy technology. A background in skilled trades is a significant advantage.
