Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in Photovoltaics (PV) systems, integral to 1KOMMA5°'s mission to drive the energy revolution. Based in Rosenheim, you will independently manage service and maintenance operations for complex energy systems, including PV arrays, battery storage, heat pumps, wall boxes, and smart meters. Key responsibilities involve comprehensive fault diagnosis, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper AC-side installation and commissioning of these systems to meet stringent quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must possess a strong "Customer First" mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a relevant technical qualification, such as an Electrician, Master Electrician, or Certified Technician. Prior experience in installation or the solar sector is highly beneficial. This position requires a reliable, quality-conscious professional who is willing to travel and work autonomously to ensure optimal functionality of customer energy solutions connected via the 'Heartbeat' software platform.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training such as Electrician, Master Electrician, Certified Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in installation, solar sector, or handicraft activity (Ideally prior experience)
- Experience in conducting independent service and maintenance assignments
- Experience in fault diagnosis and technical troubleshooting
- Experience in AC-side installation and commissioning of energy systems
