Job Summary

This role is an opportunity to join a renowned IT Service Provider based near Munich (Ismaning), supporting a long-standing partner in the media industry. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing IT ticketing systems, adhering to SLAs and priorities, and providing competent, straightforward customer assistance. Key daily tasks include configuring and maintaining Microsoft Cloud environments such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure. The ideal candidate possesses IT training or an equivalent qualification, expertise in PC, server, and network environments, and specialized knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory. A high degree of service orientation is essential, as is the ability to suggest automation improvements using tools like PowerShell and cmd.
