Job Summary

This role involves working as a Microsoft System Engineer for a successful full-service IT provider catering to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The position requires administering customer systems and networks, managing Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, and providing 1st and 2nd Level support for both hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities also include user account and authorization level management, and implementing IT software within client organizations.
