Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician specializing in electrical engineering within the facility management sector, supporting a market leader in Germany. The primary focus is on the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of building services systems related to electrical technology. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled maintenance, responding to and resolving faults, executing minor repairs, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including inspection and maintenance reports. A key responsibility is also coordinating external contractors for larger repair and maintenance projects. Candidates should possess a completed professional qualification in electrical engineering (such as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology) and preferably have several years of experience in building operations.
