Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering, working for a market leader in Facility Management based in Regensburg. Daily responsibilities include the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of technical building systems, alongside comprehensive troubleshooting and the execution of minor repairs. A key part of the job involves meticulous technical documentation and managing detailed reports (error, test, maintenance, and inspection). Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for coordinating external contractors for larger maintenance and repair tasks. Ideal candidates must have completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, or equivalent technical field. Professional experience in building operations is highly desirable.
