Job Summary

This pivotal role, based in Mainz, Germany, seeks an experienced professional to serve as the (Associate) Director, Business Process Owner for specific Source-to-Pay (S2P) sub-processes, such as Plan-to-Strategy and Source-to-Contract. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and compliance across the organization's global S2P framework. Day-to-day activities include owning assigned sub-processes, collaborating with global stakeholders to standardize processes, leading the integration of digital solutions, and defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills in a matrixed environment, and deep expertise in procurement processes and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, SOX).
