Job Summary
This role involves specialized laboratory management focusing heavily on safety, documentation, and organizational tasks within R&D laboratories. The specialist will be responsible for creating safety-relevant documents, including risk assessments, operating instructions, and training materials. A core function is the creation and maintenance of current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) valid across R&D labs. Day-to-day activities include documenting equipment and hazardous materials using databases like API Pro and Quentic, coordinating these processes with Device and Service Management and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) departments. The ideal candidate requires a relevant professional or university degree, significant experience in molecular biology, cell culture, RNA production, or formulation, and excellent German and English language skills.
