Job Summary

This is a key leadership role taking full responsibility for the Hamburg branch, focusing on Electrical Engineering within the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) sector. The Branch Manager will oversee organization, personnel management, and budget control, ensuring the branch meets its economic and quality targets. Day-to-day duties involve leading and managing complex electrical engineering projects across all HOAI phases, from planning through acceptance, and acting as the primary interface between the management board, project teams, and clients. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, substantial professional and leadership experience in the TGA industry, and expertise in HOAI/VOB regulations.
