This role seeks an experienced Specialist Planner or Electrical Engineer to join a leading group of building technology firms, focusing on Technical Building Equipment (TGA/MEP) across national and international projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive coordination and execution of planning services, creating detailed specifications, calculating project costs, and monitoring implementation through to final acceptance. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for project-related issues and collaborate with various stakeholders. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a Technician/Master certification in the field, coupled with several years of professional experience in TGA. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of HOAI are required, with interest in Revit MEP and BIM methodology being desirable.
