Job Summary

This role involves active participation in developing forward-looking line concepts, specifically focusing on Line Balancing, and coordinating closely with Engineering regarding new design concepts for the H135/H140/H14 helicopter models. The Process Engineer will implement innovative fixture concepts, review and approve new construction documents, and provide consultation on design issues related to new and further developments. Key responsibilities include creating all relevant Manufacturing Engineering data, establishing master data in SAP (such as bills of materials and production plans), and drafting Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs). Furthermore, the role requires performing cost calculations, managing manufacturing areas, resolving production-related issues, processing quality notifications, and implementing design changes. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Electrical Engineering or as an Electrician, coupled with experience in 3D CAD systems (ideally CATIA V5) and professional experience in work scheduling and design/development.
