Job Summary

This is a key leadership role based in Heringsdorf, responsible for managing the IT systems and team for UBB Usedomer Bäderbahn GmbH. The Head of IT Systems will lead a team of IT specialists, ensuring efficient operations and collaboration while overseeing the planning, implementation, and control of various IT projects. A critical focus will be the introduction of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and migrating existing systems to comply with DB Group standards and guidelines. The role requires comprehensive technical expertise in managing software and hardware, including maintenance, upgrades, and support, along with a strong focus on cost-effective IT solutions and adherence to corporate compliance policies. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and proven, multi-year experience in IT project management and team leadership.
