This critical role involves managing large-scale school construction projects, encompassing both new builds and renovations, focusing specifically on all electrical engineering aspects within the internal planning team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage external specialist planning offices, acting as the client representative (Bauherr). Key daily tasks include preparing tender documents for professional and construction services, managing supplementary claims, and rigorous cost tracking. You will also be responsible for the planning, cost estimation, and tendering of electrical systems below the threshold value, followed by the formal acceptance, comprehensive documentation, and handover of the completed electrical installations.   • Foundational knowledge of public procurement and contract law (Vergabe- und Vertragsrecht).
