Job Summary

As the client representative and project manager, you will be responsible for implementing investment construction measures, starting from service phase 3 of the HOAI, primarily within urban drainage systems and road construction. Daily tasks involve managing house connections for sewage lines and ensuring the structural maintenance of the existing sewer network. Candidates must hold a qualification as a state-certified Construction Technician with a focus on Civil Engineering, or an equivalent relevant degree. Success in this position requires fundamental expertise in construction contract law and procurement law, along with secure application knowledge of the HOAI. Essential technical skills include proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and AVA software.
