Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Engineer or Analytical Chemist to join the water industry, focusing on instrumental water analytics. The successful candidate will independently execute chemical analyses, including sample preparation techniques such as filtration, solid-phase extraction (SPE), and general extraction. A core responsibility involves the operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of GC-MS and/or LC-MS instruments. Day-to-day tasks also include thorough evaluation and documentation of analysis results, ensuring quality assurance adherence to valid standards like ISO 17025. Furthermore, the role requires troubleshooting errors and actively optimizing existing analytical methods and processes, alongside taking on project-related special assignments.
